About the BLS/CPR Instructor Course:
The BLS Instructor Course at Pacific Coast CPR is meticulously designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills to become effective instructors. To enroll, candidates must first hold a valid BLS certification. They then complete the Instructor Essentials online course, which provides foundational knowledge of teaching techniques and course structure. Following this, candidates participate in an in-person instructor course where they receive hands-on training and feedback from experienced instructors. The final step involves assisting in the teaching of a real BLS class, allowing candidates to apply their knowledge in a practical setting and gain valuable instructional experience. This comprehensive approach ensures that aspiring instructors are well-prepared to educate others in vital lifesaving skills.
After completing this course, students will receive an American Heart Association BLS Instructor Certification
